At the beginning of 2020, Athora moved its headquarters to the former Baloise building in the center of Brussels. To make this move as efficient as possible, they chose Captif as their Design & Build partner.

Starting with a very thorough workplace study, including an online survey of all 225 employees, we have designed their future work environment through workshops and brainstorming sessions together with the client.
The new office therefore mainly radiates Athora’s DNA, but is at the same time warm, dynamic and above all very inspiring.

Before we started the construction works, we organized a Virtual Reality workshop for all Athora employees on site.
During this workshop everyone could “walk” through his or her future work environment, and experience the Look & Feel of the office virtually.
