Daiichi Sankyo is a global pharmaceutical company and the second largest pharmaceutical company in Japan. For their new office in Braine-l’Alleud, they engaged Captif in a large Design & Build assignment. The inefficient cubicle mentality of the old office was abandoned for small open spaces and separate spaces without doors. The appointed project team was given an important role in this transformation. A lot of attention was paid to a spacious cafeteria, sufficient meeting options, concentration areas and flexible touchdowns for sales.
